Your data is always available... Anywhere.

You can view, delete, create and update items from the follow devices:
-
a web browser
-
a standard cell phone
-
Microsoft Outlook 2003 Software on a Windows XP Computer.

-
Live Syncronization with a Smart Phone or a Cell
Phone PDA device such as a Palm Treo, a
Window Mobile Device or a Blackberry
Live Syncronization means that the data on your PDA
is the same as the data on your computer (or web browser).
-
When you receive an email, your PDA will beep and tell you that you have an
email a few seconds before you see the new message on your PC. (It is that
fast!)
-
You can then view the email message on your PDA and even reply. When you send
the message from your PDA, that same message shows up in your sent items on
your PC. This happens instantly
(or within a few seconds).
-
This same process works for contacts, calendar appointionments, tasks and
notes.
Take this a step further: You can give someone in
your office permission to view and update your calendar. When they make changes
to your calendar, your device will instantly be updated. The possibilities are
endless.
In summary you can have all your contacts, calander
appointments, emails and more up to date and in perfect sync with your desktop
or office on any portable wireless device.
